"Had some app issues, but support got it sorted"
At first my bike wouldn’t sync with the app, which was a little frustrating, but I figured I’d reach out to support before assuming something was actually wrong. They got back to me quickly and walked me through it, and now everything works fine. not a huge deal in the end...

"Pretty easy for the whole family"
We got ifit for our treadmill, and I’ll admit, the profile switching is actually handy. My wife and I can each keep our own stats and workouts separate without having to mess with settings every time. I wasn’t sure we’d really need it, but it just works, so I can’t complain.

"Fun challenges, but the leaderboards need some work"
i mean, the challenges are actually fun and keep me coming back, but the leaderboards can be frustrating. They lag sometimes and don’t always update correctly, which kind of takes away from the experience.

"I was into iFit at first. The workouts..."
I was into iFit at first. The workouts were decent, and some of the trainers actually made it feel kind of fun for a while.

After a few weeks, though, it all started to feel repetitive. I didn’t really feel pulled back in, and the reminders weren’t enough to keep me going.

For what it costs, I expected more motivation stuff or better progress tracking that made me want to stick with it. It’s not bad, just didn’t really keep me interested, so yeah.

"Good app, but pricey for casual use"
I’ve been using the app for a bit, and overall I do like the classes. It works fine most days, and some of the trainers are genuinely really good. But based on my experience, I feel like these fitness subscriptions can get expensive fast if you’re not using them all the time. There are a few trainers I usually skip, so it makes the monthly cost feel a little high for what I actually get out of it. I just wish they had a cheaper plan for people who only use it casually. It’s not a bad app at all, I’m just not totally convinced the value is there for me.

"Easy morning workout app"
I’ve been using the iFit app most mornings, it’s been solid. My basic rule is if an app loads fast, connects to Bluetooth without making me troubleshoot, and doesn’t crash halfway through a run, I’m happy. So far, iFit checks those boxes. I don’t really have to think about it, which is kind of exactly what I want first thing in the morning.

"The workouts themselves are good..."
The workouts themselves are good and I do like using them, but the app is a little messy to get around. Sometimes I feel like I have to tap through way too many screens just to find one thing, even if maybe I should know where it is by now. The filters help sometimes, but other times they don’t really narrow it down the way I expect. Overall it’s ok, just feels clunky in spots.

"The trainers keep me coming back"
I’ve been using iFit for a bit now, the trainers are what make it work for me. They keep things simple, give you that little push, and somehow don’t come off annoying. Amazing. On days when I really don’t feel like working out, the coach usually gets me through it anyway. Motivating. I’m definitely finishing more workouts than I would on my own, so yeah, I’m really happy with it so far.

"Good workouts, but the audio needs to be fixed"
I’ve been enjoying the workouts overall, and the music is decent, but the audio issues are getting frustrating. Sometimes the music volume suddenly jumps up or down, and there are moments where the trainer’s voice sounds muffled, which makes it harder to stay focused. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does take me out of the workout. I’d really like to see the team acknowledge this and actually fix it, because the workouts themselves are good and the audio shouldn’t be holding them back

"The community is what keeps me showing up"
I’ve been using iFit for a few months now, the community part is what I enjoy the most. I like having people cheer me on and make me feel like I’m not just working out alone in my own little bubble. The workouts feel way less boring when there’s some interaction, and I’ve even had a few good chats after challenges. For me, that extra encouragement makes a big difference and keeps me motivated to come back.

"Solid treadmill with a slightly sluggish screen"
I’ve had my iFit treadmill for a few months now and I’m happy with it overall, the motor runs really smooth, the incline switches quickly, it feels sturdy even when I’m running harder, and it doesn’t do that annoying shaky thing some treadmills do, so for actual workouts it’s been great and feels like a solid machine I can rely on. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the screen can be a little slow here and there, and one time it froze right in the middle of a workout so I had to restart everything, which was irritating. Still, the treadmill itself does what I need and I’m glad I got it.

"I was into it for a little…"
I was into it for a little while, but it starts feeling repetitive fast. After a few rounds, it felt like I was doing the same thing over and over with not much changing. I’d really like to see this addressed in an update, because if it stays like this, it’s hard to stay interested for long.

"I had to reach out to iFit…"
I had to reach out to iFit support because my login just wouldn’t work no matter what I tried. They did end up getting it fixed, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it took a few days to sort out. Some of the replies were a little confusing too, so I wasn’t always sure what step I was supposed to take next. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, I just wish it had been a little quicker and clearer.

"Actually seeing progress with iFit"
I’ve been using ifit for about 3 months now, and I’m down 9 lbs so far. Most of that has come from the walking and incline workouts, which surprised me a little, who knew walking uphill could be that effective, right? Some trainers definitely click with me more than others, and the app has frozen on me a couple of times, which is annoying. But overall, it gets me moving way more than I was before. Is it perfect? No. Has it been worth it for my fitness? Definitely.

"I can’t really control my own data"
I feel like the privacy settings are tucked away and harder to figure out than they should be. I just want to control my own data without having to dig through confusing menus

"I really like how iFit starts suggesting workouts..."
I really like how iFit starts suggesting workouts that match what I usually do. The recommendations feel spot on instead of just random classes. When I’m in a rush and don’t want to scroll forever, it makes it so much easier to pick something and get moving.

"Live classes actually fit into my week..."
The scheduling has worked well for me... I can usually find a live class that fits around my week, which makes it easier to stay consistent. Sometimes the spots fill up faster than I’d like, but overall it’s been really convenient...

"I ordered from ifit and the…"
I ordered from iFit and the delivery was fine overall. It wasn’t crazy fast or anything, but it did arrive within the window they gave me, so no real complaints there. The box had a couple dents when it showed up, which made me a little nervous, but thankfully nothing was damaged inside. Setup, though, was more frustrating than I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear, and I ended up having to find a video online just to get through the last part. It’s working fine now, so that’s good, but for the price I was expecting the whole process to feel a little more polished.

"Easy to find workouts I actually want to do"
I’ve been using ifit.com mostly to look for new programs, and it’s been easy to get around. I like being able to search by trainer, workout length, or type of workout without feeling like I’m digging through a million options.
I’ve already found a few walking and bike series that I probably would’ve missed otherwise. The site feels simple and not overwhelming, which I really appreciate. If you’re trying to find workouts that actually fit what you’re in the mood for, it’s worth checking out.

"I’ve been really happy with the workout selection..."
I’ve been really happy with the workout selection so far. There’s a good mix to choose from, which is more than I can say for some other apps I’ve tried that start to feel repetitive quickly. I definitely have a few trainers I like more than others, but overall the content is solid and keeps things interesting.
