"Absolutely gutted and angry."
Absolutely gutted. IFIT treadmill manifactured 5 years ago, mechanically in perfect condition, and iFIT decided to stop supporting the software on it. That's worse that phone companies. All I got from customer service is an apology and recommendation to purchased a new treadmill! Any new buyers should be made awareness of this. They promise you bells and whistles and then just take them away when it suits them. Customer Service is beyond frustrating.

They promise you bells and whistles and then just take them away when it suits them. Customer Service is beyond frustrating.

"The customer service is a joke"
The customer service is a joke. They will sneak charges that you were never aware of and refuse to correct it. It was so hard to even get someone on the phone. These people are crooks. I strongly advise signing up with a more legitimate app. I’m out $700 plus. Don’t let them scam you.

This should be a 0 star review. I spent several thousand pounds on a cross trainer it was noisy and poorly functioning from the start. Customer service appears to be via I fit a person who calls themselves Ross responds. Ross and I fit asked me to send a video of the problem. I did and they suggested that I was entitled to a repair but that I may have to pay for the parts.
I asked if I could have a refund or a replacement this was initially denied. I explained this was a new Item. They then agreed I could have a replacement or refund. I wanted the item(a functional version) so I asked for a new one as they could not give me any idea of ETA for parts and repair.

It was explained i would have to put together a new item and dismantle the old one. I explained I would do neither as I only expected to put the item together once and that as the item was not of 'merchantable quality' they should make good the problem and compensate me for the inconvenience and time lost...

This was not accepted and thier operative continues to be evasive.
I am serialsing my experiences and coversations with Ross and Ifit in thier online facebook adverts.

"At first I loved ifit"
At first I loved ifit. I started my membership with my new nordictrak treadmill( which is amazing). Ifit took away rewards that kept me motivated. I have not used ifit In months now and will not renew my membership. You can get just as good workouts for free on other fitness platforms. Bring back rewards ifit! And you will get customers back!

Also, horrible customer service. I have re submitted an issue several times now with no response. Still waiting on an order from December 2022..... it is now May 2023

"Fabulous workouts!"
I joined the iFit community a year ago and have a Proform Carbon T10 treadmill and Proform Vue and absolutely love these for my workouts! Always had great customer service from iFit and find it easiest to message via messenger. As someone with anxiety I thoroughly enjoy travelling the world from the comfort of my home and feel connected to my trainer. Great community on Facebook too.

"DO NOT give them your Credit Card"
When I bought my treadmill it came with a free 1 year trial of iFIT. Upon entering the code it said it was only valid for 30 days and not the full year. So I decided it was not worthwhile to try and thought I had cancelled the membership. APPARENTLY NOT. I have NEVER used the product or even signed in on my machine. Just found out they have been charging me for the last couple of months. When I called to have the charges reversed they claimed it was passed the date they could reverse it by. April 2nd was the last charge date. Apparently there is only 14 days to reverse the charge. So now I'm am stuck with a bill for a product I have not used and thought was cancelled. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD as part of a free trial. ABSOLUTE WORST customer experience EVER. I wish I could uninstall this feature from my treadmill. Having to click through the screen to use the manual mode slows down my experience and time to start on the treadmill too.

"IFIT AND NORDETRACK ARE CROOKED COMPANIES"
Nordetrack sent me the wrong Machine & also a defective Machine . IFIT faced time me to see the machine & confirmed it was the wrong machine, but don't care, they will not enforce this company to deliver the right machine , all they want is to bind you to a MEMBERSHIP ! I have my Attorney on stand by , waiting , I'm just itching for them to make another bad move. This company is opening themselves to a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT .i HAVE ALREADY DOCUMENTED EVERYTHING THEY DID TO ME. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN .I did not want to even give one star , they deserve a ZERO . RUN , Dont trust this company. I am also giving BBB a visit via phone call .
ALSO MORE IMPORTANT RUN FROM MICAH MILLER , HE RAN MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY CONSENT 4 TIMES .

Dont ever buy anything that uses iFit. Their free one year membership that comes with your machine, will bite you in the butt, when they suddenly charge you for the next year without warning. Dont ever trust them! Never again!!

Just let me watch videos I want to watch from apps I want to use. Forcing me into classes with your trainers is lame and I'm not interested.

"ALERT and BEWARE"
ALERT: after you sign up for the free-year of IFIT that goes with your Nordictrack, call your bank and BLOCK IFIT or NordicTrack from auto charging you ever again. You can undo this when you want to IF you choose to when you choose to … Its better to pay it yourself by calling in OR logging in. I am a single person…I never would have signed up for a family plan but that didn’t stop IFIT from charging me $285 one year and then $428 this year. Interestingly on my end it said my membership was not in effect. I had not corrected that, due to persistent health issues. When I complained by email (since they won’t speak to you by phone) I was told I could have a membership for $99 but no apologies for the overcharges or swift refund. I am still being asked if a want a full refund…I guess still hoping I will say ‘oh yea keep more of my money’. Sadly not sure I will ever look at this company the same way.
Consumers are mistreated by so many companies who hide behind auto-charging. Where are the days of great companies who’d say: we will make this right! These companies hide behind computers and emails for the $$$$. You will never speak to a live person unless you are being sold equipment! Buyer BEWARE.

Customer service for memberships very poor. Inconsistent communication and refund amount errors that take numerous calls and emails to resolve. Still unresolved. Will try 3rd call this week. Already sent 3 emails. Very frustrating.

"No iFit library search capability"
There is no effective way to search the video library and who looks for exercise routines in alphabetical order? Trainers are brilliant. When you find the video you want I usually rate them five star. Why can't the iFit app match their quality?

"72 Workouts, 80 Miles, 29 Hours on my Treadmill!"
This morning I finished my 72nd iFit session on my treadmill since January 2023! I'm loving my iFit-enabled treadmill and the fantastic iFit workouts in amazing settings. I'm blogging about my experience everyday on my website, littledevlin.com.
Would have been 5 stars but they have yet to address an issue regarding my treadmill. But it isn't keeping me from enjoying it!

"Products don't work - service is even worse!"
Our experience with this company couldn't be worse. We have had the most unreal experience with them. I don't know if there are enough characters to allow for me to share our entire situation/experience but the short story would be that we invested a lot with this company for our home gym. We paid for white glove delivery and they showed up more than 6 times with the wrong product(s). When they finally arrived with some of the correct pieces, they didn't call, didn't schedule, damaged our home, and most importantly weren't able to correctly assemble the products. We fought for months to receive an over $2,000 refund for another product that we purchased that "couldn't be found" and for several months we have been dealing with an over $5,000 treadmill that has NEVER worked. We've had several repairmen come out to repair and replace parts, etc. and it's still not working. This company is only offering to send the technician out to repair the same issue over and over again (I guess only until the warranty runs out). They are completely unwilling to replace the machine or refund us for this faulty product. I've sent photos, videos, and poured my heart out to these people begging them to make this right. I even researched the owners/executives of the company and emailed them directly and received NO response. This has been such a poor experience. It has taken so much time away from my life, my family, and my job. This review merely scratches the surface of what we've been through dealing with them. We urge you not to purchase from them!! It's amazing to me that they are still in business.
